where do you train

we train in Pearland TX at Shadow Creek High School

what do i need to bring

something to drink, cleats, tennis shoes, extra training shirts, towel, positive attitude, great work ethic

what ages do you train

from middle school on up

do you offer private training

yes, reach out and we can talk about the details

what types of training do you offer

we only train defensive linemen. our training focuses on drills, hands on learning, and occasionally 1 on 1's. we teach you how to do the moves and explain why they work. our emphasis is on being better, smarter, and more physical that the offensive line.

do you train during the football season

yes, we train all year round. during the season, we talk about what is working and refine skills based on game feedback

what happens if it rains

we operate with the same rules of a team. as long as it is not lightning we will train. if you play games in the rain you should train for rain.

will you train outside of pearland tx.

we are thinking about expanding outside of Pearland to the greater Houston area but have not made final plans yet

do i need to bring any equipment

no, we provide all of the training equipment

is it open to all schools

yes. we practice at Shadow Creek High School, but any Defensive Lineman from any school is welcome.

Do I need to sign a liability waiver

yes. we require all participants to sign a liability waiver before they train with us. you can download it at the link at the top of this page

can parents film the sessions

absolutely. we encourage parents to film the sessions and share on social media. coaches want to see you are workoing out on your own
